Polarity Therapy’s gentle transformations happens gradually over time with commitment, consistency, and curiosity. We can only heal as fast as our slowest parts allow. All Polarity Therapy sessions are available in-person or virtually.

While it will take more than 3 sessions for you to reach the outcomes your desire, it will take time for us to build trust and for you to develop awareness of the subtle energetic shifts of this medicine. REAL change requires consistency. This is my invitation for you to get a sense of what regular sessions can feel like.

All massages include an additional 10 minutes of time before we begin (to allow space for you to be heard) and 10 minutes after bodywork so you may ground in your experience.
For example a 60 min massage will be 80 minutes: 10 minute for intake, 60 minutes for bodywork, 10 minutes for grounding and getting dressed.
