Polarity Therapy and Somatic Coaching

This container weaves together all of my medicines to build a strong skillset of relational reciprocity based in consent, tools for inner resourcing and emotional processing, and ceremonies and rituals using breathwork and play to explore and bring home all of our beloved parts and become who we are.

Transformations are built over time as we follow the body’s pacing, and this requires a weekly 12 week commitment with option to continue as needed after completion. This work will be challenging and deep, feral and natural, and also full of levity and softness, because FUN is part of the process. This is the full spectrum of the human experience packaged into a program for those ready to live life from their souls and fucking love it.

Integrative Massage

    $305 for a Single 2 Hour Session

    All massages include an additional 10 minutes of time before we begin (to allow space for you to be heard) and 10 minutes after bodywork so you may ground in your experience.

    For example a 60 min massage will be 80 minutes: 10 minute for intake, 60 minutes for bodywork, 10 minutes for grounding and getting dressed.

Spots are open to a limited number of clients and are only available to those engaged in committed consistent work.

*Sliding scale is only available for those in REAL HARDSHIP. This means to include those with food insecurity, housing insecurity, or who would be in dire straights if they missed a paycheck.

This does not include those who would be mildly inconvenienced for paying full price. People who may need to sacrifice eating out or getting manicures for example, do not qualify for sliding scale rate.
