Personal Philosophy
Healing is always available when we are the medicine.
I approach clients and their wellness with curiosity, openness, and compassion. There are no protocols or one size fits all for healing, whether its a physical, emotional, or spiritual issue, each of us has unique stories, bodies, needs, and desires calling to be tended to in different ways.
It’s not the internal pain or external struggle that keeps us acting small and feeling unwell, it’s our relationship to it that creates stress and dis-ease.
Resiliency is crucial to adapting to life’s highs and lows and having support along the way makes the journey more gentle, more fun, and more fascinating.

Mine has been a wild sweet adventure of healing, learning, and growing that I have loved, hated, and questioned repeatedly…but it’s all been worth it.
I moved to Florida from Boston in 2022, leaving behind a successful wellness practice and the sweetest apartment to follow a feeling of something bigger down in Florida….
I am dedicated to my own self discovery and am passionate about supporting people in finding their truth and living life on their own terms.
