Bodacity to transform

CARS Mobility workshop or Polarity Yoga, private breathwork journey, 1 massage w/ polarity therapy, pre/post integration meeting from breathwork. Light snacks and one meal will be provided. This one day retreat will take approx 8-10 hours to allow for plenty of downtime and processing. This event can easily be done at your own home or if you prefer an offsite location, you or I will book that for an additional cost of the venue.

1 earth medicine ceremony with pre/post integration workshops, 1 60 minute massage, organic prepared meals. Includes 2 virtual breathwork journeys for pre/post integration Additional fee for off site location at cost.

The Blue Zone

1 earth medicine ceremony, 1 60-75 min massage w/ polarity therapy, 1 hapeh or cacao intention setting,  pre-and post integration workshop, organic meals prepared, 1 breathwork journey. Includes  2 virtual breathwork Journeys and 1 in office polarity session for post integration. (must be booked within 90 days of retreat). Additional fee for off site location at cost.

Heaven on Earth

1 earth medicine ceremony, 1 60-90 min massage w/polarity therapy, pre/post integration workshops, organic meals prepared, 1 yoga or movement class, 1 Cacao or hape intention setting ceremony, 1 breathwork journey, and REST. Also included are 3 monthly breathwork sessions and 1 in studio polarity session for integration. Must be booked within 90 days of retreat.

I wouldn’t be here or doing anything I am right now in life without these mystic plants. They truly are medicine. I have sat with ayahuasca in multiple lineages and ceremonial traditions in 3 different countries and will continue to sit with her as I search for my teacher to take me on as an apprentice in shamanism.  While I have completed courses in trip sitting and  trauma informed touch and communication, the plants themselves are our best teachers and I regularly sit with different strains of fungi to build my understanding and deepen my relationship with them and the spirit world. Integration is also extremely important, which I take very seriously and I have several integration coaches who help me process my own journeys. This work is not meant to be accomplished alone. 

My many deaths and rebirths paired with the modalities of Breathwork, Polarity, and Massage all contribute to my ability to create a cocoon of safety, security, and unconditional love for you to transform into your own unique butterfly. My intention is to fully prepare you for the altered states of consciousness you’ll experience, empower you with resources to integrate them into your lives and build on your changes, and to walk with you every step of the way as you remember who you truly are: a powerful being of light and love… with your own flavor of special sauce.

    *Off site venues for “Bodacity To Transform” with be added onto retreat package at face value.

    *I do my best to find modern, spacious, private accommodations within 90 minutes or less, or within a 50 mile radius of my office in Jupiter.

    *Each guest must apply before booking and commit to the retreat with a deposit of 50% of the cost of retreat each. (See application questionnaire here)

    *For groups of 3-5 I will also have a trained assistant with me to offer extra support and to provide more one on one time with each you

    *Each guest will also receive 10% off all of my services in my office for continued support
